how to get data out of PocketLab Voyager internal memory

Submitted by llminsk on Mon, 09/18/2017 - 15:22

Greetings,

my Voyager has just arrived and if I remember correctly it should carry info about how friendly he was handled on its way to me. But I cannot figure out how to get the data out of internal memory. I use it with Android device and just realtime probing functionality works fine.

Thanks

Thanks Leonid,

Glad the Voyager arrived! Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, we were not able to set up the shipping data experiment. Because of the supply chain issues that caused our shipping delays, we decided to cancel the shipping experiment to make sure we got units out to customers as quickly as possible. We are disappointed we weren't able to do this experiment, but we are working on some alternative collaborative experiments that we are hoping to share with our community in the coming weeks.

If you do want to access the onboard memory for data collection in your own experiments, you'll need to use the PocketLab web app. In a Chrome browser go to thepocketlab.com/app to connect. Right now the web app is compatible with Mac OSX, Chromebook, and Android devices (the web app is different from the native Android mobile app). Follow this link for a web app getting started video: https://www.thepocketlab.com/support/forum/pocketlab-support-video-getting-started-pocketlab-web-app

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much,
Robby
