World's First PocketLab Air Deployment

Our first large scale pilot of PocketLab Air deployed in schools throughout Alberta, Canada in February 2018. More than 120 schools across the vast 250,000 square mile western state in Canada have already participated in the Alberta Education Air Quality Program funded by the Alberta government.  The program is funded to run through June 2020, and will reach hundreds of schools across the state.

Professional Development in Edmonton

The PocketLab team traveled to Edmonton in early March to attend the first Professional Development which was held at a science lab at Queen Elizabeth High School. We met with teachers from Edmonton and Calgary who came for a PD session led by Maura Armstrong of Tellus World of Science.  Feedback on the session was very positive, and all the teachers were anxious to try out the lessons in their classrooms.
