Thank you for coming!

You spoke, we listened.

The most popular sessions at the ScIC6 STEM Summit were "Esports and Games as a Way to Reach and Motivate Students" and "Women in STEM". We are bringing both topics back for break room style sessions so we can learn even more.

For "Esports and Gaming in STEM," Chris Aviles, James O'Hagan and Tammie Schrader are returning to talk more about the programs they run in their own school districts. Dr. Liz Newbury and Dr. Constance Steinkuehler will join them to share their expertise on the importance of incorporating esports and games into STEM departments.

For our "Women in STEM" panel, Deanne Bell, Mary Ford, and Teresa Mobley will return to continue the conversation along with Dr. Liz Warren from the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory. They have a wealth experience and ideas on how to make STEM more accessible so educators can inspire more girls and young women to pursue careers in STEM.
