PocketLab is made by Myriad Sensors, Inc. At Myriad Sensors, we value your privacy, and it is our priority to protect your information. If you have any concerns about your personal data, please contact us any time.

We have recently reviewed our Privacy Policy to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and we have assigned a Data Protection Officer to monitor any ongoing privacy concerns. We have audited our business partners including credit card processing, email list management, e-commerce, and others, to verify that they are also compliant with GDPR regulations. Upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Our PocketLab and VelocityLab software Apps do not collect any personal data from students or any users. The PocketLab and VelocityLab software Apps do collect usage statistics, which are anonymous, and are used for aggregated trends so that we can better understand how our software is used. We do not share this data with third parties.

Customers may subscribe to email alerts, purchase online, submit support request, or send us your email, we may collect information including your email address, IP address, name, address, phone number, and other information that you provide. This information will only be used for order fulfillment, periodic updates, support, special promotions, or other general updates. We will not give or sell this information to any third party. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All our email updates include a link to opt out of future emails.

We use cookies on our website for tracking number of visitors and other activity on our product and community site. This can help us enhance your experience on our site. If you prefer, you can refuse to use cookies and our website will work normally. We may use aggregated traffic data with business partners or for research, but we will never disclose individual personal data without your explicit permission.

On our community site, if you register as a user to post user lesson plans or comment on the forum, we collect your email and other optional personal information. We will only use this to stay in contact with you to manage your content, and for email updates that will include an option to opt out.
