ABOUT OWAIS Dr. Owais Durrani is a board-certified emergency medicine physician based in Houston, Texas. He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
